This is why he's incomplete, lonely, and more dependent on his mother than ever. He's only half a Houdini! But maybe he'll meet her if we get a Season 2. :)John Coxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04391313393222271260noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4732721553418878547.post-91629254568329872082016-05-31T17:49:06.467-07:002016-05-31T17:49:06.467-07:00I'm -really- enjoying this show, and understan...I'm -really- enjoying this show, and understand why Bess is nowhere to be seen, but her absence bothers me. Certainly a refreshing change from the last 2 Houdini biopics.John Coxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04391313393222271260noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4732721553418878547.post-20285091146901749372016-05-31T16:56:11.189-07:002016-05-31T16:56:11.189-07:00A very satisfying episode, despite the "apple...A very satisfying episode, despite the "applesauce." Lots of great Houdini tidbits for buffs to enjoy. It's probably the first one that really drew me in emotionally as well.

Still getting used to the idea of Houdini as a gay young bachelor, but Weston continues to impress nontheless. The underwater rescue was phenomenal, almost like seeing the man himself.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
