That is why the date of 1927. He would not have intentionally done anything that could have been viewed or sold as real unless the person knew nothing about Houdini. They key is the date. Somehow it could be possible, with his sense of humor he could have signed the photo. But I doubt it. I grew up 2 blocks from Magic Inc and knew Jay and Frances and I think if Frances got wind of Jay doing that she would have not allowed it.
